Master Track
Class: Stop Being a Pansy!
Okay,
so you've learned some basics, you're playing solid characters and
you're recognizing some narrative arcs. Hell, you're even blending
those arcs and tying them off. Congrats. Really, we meant it. Now, you
have to ask yourself the tough questions. Who am I as an improviser?
What's my style? Am I in full command of my Powers? So that's what this
workshop is all about. How does your developing personality fit
with other strong improv personalities? How do you attack the stage
with confidence? Get your ass out there and rock the stage!
NOTE: "500 level" improv training experience or equivalent
required.

Over Accept and Find the Game!
How do you make scenes matter? How do you make the audience care
about what happens to the characters? And above all, how do you
make scenes watchable and entertaining? This workshop is designed
to teach the improviser to take the first offer and to give it the
utmost importance. Also, after the importance has been placed on
the offer, to explore what kind of organic, spontaneous games can be
derived from it. Sound too brainy? Well it is, a little,
but it's also a helluva lot of fun.
Intermediate to advance improvisers only! Email with your
experience if you're not sure!
